Title: Aunt Lucille Wanderer's Tamale Pie

Yield: 1 Servings

TAMALE PIE
1cCornmeal
1cMilk
1 16 oz can whole kernal corn
1lbLean ground beef
1 16 oz can of diced tomatoes
2tbChili powder
1tsSalt
1/2cMelted butter or margarine
2 Eggs--beaten
SAUCE
1cnTomato soup
1/4cButter or margarine--melted
1tbChili powder

Tamale Pie Stir ingredients together in the order given above. Pour into large casserole dish or 9" x 13" pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until solid, dry and golden brown.

Sauce Blend ingredients together with a wire wisk.

Serve with sauce over top of individual servings.

OPTIONS Can be cooked in a microwave on high for approximately 20 minutes. One half of mixed Tamale Pie ingredients may be frozen for baking at a later date.
